For Adults - Through fun, interactive group discussions, you’ll discover how negative self-talk can hold you back—and more importantly, how to turn those thoughts around. You’ll learn powerful, practical techniques to reframe your mindset, replace negativity with self-belief, and boost your confidence to new heights.

Govenaires Private Lessons
For all ages and abilities. Do you want to improve your percussion skills? Are you interested in learning techniques for drum set, marimba, hand drums, and marching percussion?
Please bring your sticks, mallets, practice pad, and metronome to your lessons.
30-minute lessons in person (4:30-8 PM)

Sushi 101
For Adults. Sushi does not mean raw fish/seafood. Become your own Sushi Chef and impress your family and friends. Sushi Bob will teach you the techniques for preparing healthy and inexpensive MAKI ZUZSHI (Sushi Rolls). In this hands-on class, you will prepare and eat a California Roll, a Cucumber Roll, and a FAT Roll. Preparation, food safety, knife skills, and etiquette will be covered.

All-Levels Flow Yoga
A flowing yoga class that will strengthen, heal, and detoxify the body and mind. This creatively sequenced vinyasa class consists of poses that are linked to breath, leaving you feeling refreshed and strong. Previous yoga experience not required.
Sess 1: Mondays, Sep. 14 – Oct. 19, 5:30-6:30pm Register by Sept. 8, $50
Beginning/Gentle Hatha Yoga
Strengthen your body and calm your mind with yoga! This class is ideal for beginners of all fitness levels and teaches the health benefits of all the basic yoga poses. In this 60-minute gentle yoga class, strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and breath work will be the main focal points. This class is ideal for you if you are new to yoga or have been away and need a refresher.
Yoga mats provided, wear comfortable clothing.
