Minecraft Quest Makers: RPG & Adventure Design

Grades: 2nd-6th. Online Virtual Class: Turn Minecraft from a game into a visual learning tool! Collaborate to create your own themed adventure maps. This class strongly emphasizes creativity, exploration, and cooperative learning experiences. While immersed in Minecraft's fun and creative world, students will learn about programming and game design concepts. We will be using the PC/Java edition of Minecraft. Minecraft is a Mojang Studios trademark. This camp is not affiliated with them.(Min 6 / Max 12)

Sat., Dec. 19, 9 - 11:00 am, Online via Zoom. Register by Dec. 14, $35

Home Technical Requirements:
● Computer: PC (Windows 10 or later) or Mac (OSX) with at least a 2GHz processor and 4GB of RAM
  Please note - Chromebooks, Tablets, and phones DO NOT Work.
● Internet: Broadband internet
● Webcam, Microphone and Speakers
● Zoom Installed on Computer, zoom link will be sent before class.
● Students should be comfortable using a PC, mouse, and keyboard.

Additional Technical Requirements:
● Minecraft Java Edition ($30; more information will be provided before class) - this cost is NOT included in class fee
